I’m Sarah Coutlis, and I am an expert at running operations for growth-driven coaching businesses. I have led high-performing coaching teams, overseen all of the moving parts from HR, to marketing, to client delivery and everything in between. I have built proven systems that actually work for this unique business model.
It’s extremely hard to find Op’s leaders with experience working for coaching businesses. Not corporate. Coaching. That matters - because most corporate executives will struggle to translate their skills into the coaching world.
I’ve led a high-performing coaching teams in roles such as General Manager, Operations Lead, Business Manager and People & Performance Lead, so I don't need a long runway to get up to speed - because I just bloody get it. I’m the integrator who can take your vision, turn it into execution, and help get your team driving the business forward without everything falling back on your desk.
